Hard Drive making scratching noise (not listed in DataCent's list of hard drive noises)

I just self built a PC for the first time. All parts are new and I don't have much personal data on this drive. I've only ran the computer for the last couple days, and the hard drive constantly makes a noise like this:

With my limited experience I can't tell if this is regular noise or something to worry about. Again, they are all completely new parts, and the hard drive has done this ever since I got it to boot up the first time. I tried reinstalling it, no change.

This is the hard drive: TOSHIBA MK2002TSKB 2TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Enterprise Hard Drive

Hello zingzing45, sounds like the drive is writing. To make sure, run the manufactures testing software to be sure.

Crazy... it was making that noise for hours on end. I'm surprised that it would be writing for that long - no downloads or anything. I was running the Windows defragmenting software and it just finished. The noise has stopped for the most part. Thanks for your help.
