Hard drive monitoring

Our company rents dedicated servers with a total of 4 hard drives in them. Over the weekend, we had one fail on us. The data was backed up but it still was a pain in the rump to get it restored.

Anyone have any suggestions for a hard drive monitoring utility that will alert us via email, text, or some way when we are not on the server?

We checked out a few but there was not automatic scans or they wouldn't notify us in case of issues.

We have 4 dedicated machines with 4 hard drives each. I'd like a deep scan utility if possible.

Anyone have any suggestions?

All I see is inventory, network monitoring, and help desk. Am I missing something?
