Ok, so I have recently built a new PC. For storage, I installed a 2tb WD hdd and a 120 Kingston ssd. The issue is that my computer seems to only be utililizing the SSD for storage.
Here is the view of drives from file explorer:

Here is drives from disk management:

However, it seems that the hard drive is in someway being recognized by pc due to its appearance in

The properties of the C: drive:

And Western Digital Date Lifeguard Software:

It also appears as a bootable drive(I think that's the term) in the BIOS, but nothing changes when selecting it as that.

I would appreciate any help in getting my harddrive to work correctly. I have already reset windows and replugged in all cords of hard drive to motherboard, as well as replacing ATA cable. Thank you for your help!

I downloaded the partition wizard(not sure if that is the one you wanted). what exactly would you like a screenshot of?

whoops, I accidentally posted a screenshot of the wrong thing in the original post. this is what my disk management window looks like

there is not an option to select the WD Drive, and when you view properties of the C: or D: drive it shows both drives as seen in
