Hard drive not showing up but Bois and Storage manager show me that it is there

The image pretty much show what is happening.

my 3rd Hard drive (1TB) is not showing up but Bois and Storage manager show me that it is there.

If anyone needs any more info please ask and I will see if I can get it for you.

In the bottom portion of that screen, right click on it.
