I have a PC where recently I had a 120GB SATA drive and a 40GB IDE drive,
and the SATA was Disk 1 & the IDE was Disk 2. Recently the system crashed and I took the opportunity to upgrade to a 250GB SATA (SATA 1) and a 120GB IDE (Primary Master IDE, only thing on that Primary IDE channel). But for some reason, the system NOW is listing the SATA as Disc 2 !?! What's up with that and how can I flip the order back around?
And to further complicate matters, in the WinXP (don't say it) Setup screen,
Windows is misrepresenting the size of the 250GB SATA as 131GB! ??
Confused! Please help! Any assistance you could offer would be greatly appreciated!
