Hard drive partitioned

im using a hard disk with three partioned c,d,e and unallocated 100 mb and 97 gb unallocated now i want to make new drive F as D AND E. as primary partioned partioned. also when i using external hard drive there is problem it showing as hard drive I, . i want it seperately. im using win 7 32 bit. ultimate.

To clarify, you want C,D, E and a new partition F to use up the unallocated space. G will be reserved for your DVD drive and any external drives will be lettered in sequence H,I etc. You can change the drive letter any time in Disk Management by Rt click the drive and use a letter that is not already in use. Suggest you download and use Easeus Partition Master, it's free, and easy to use to create your partitions.
