Hard Drive Permissions Messed Up

Hey there,

So I was installing an SSD along side my current HDD, and I tried accessing the data from my HDD on my SSD (HDD had windows 10 still installed). So, I stupidly decided to start messing with perms and what not and then upon trying to boot back into my HDD, windows has no access to anything. The SSD no longer has any OS on it, but if needs be I can reinstall that. All I want at the moment is to get my HDD back up and running with full access.
I've tried changing perms within windows on the HDD but there is no access to do so, I have also tried disabling UAC, which I saw on another topic, but that didn't do anything for me either.

I thank you in advance for your support, and before you call me an idiot for messing with permissions, I know I am an idiot.

When I try adjust security settings to fix it I get this for tons of files, too many to keep clicking continue for
"An error occurred while applying security information to:
C:\$Recycle.Bin\S-1-5-19
The file or directory is corrupted or unreadable."

Thanks,
Kevin
