hard drive problem

hard drive is nearly full i think windows is on there twice. how can i tell

Click the Start button, type "msconfig" into the search bar, and open msconfig.exe. In the System Configuration window that opens, click the Boot tab. If you have a second Windows installation, you will see two operating system entries in this window.

Why do you think you have Windows installed twice?
