Okay so I decided to restart my computer to install a new 120mm fan rear case fan (powered by molex) and I turned my PC back on and it sits at the starting windows logo for about 10 minutes and then I can finally get to my desktop. But, whenever I move a file or something to another location it doesn't visually move, it's still in the same spot. But I try to move it to the location again and it says it's already there and that windows cannot find the file. So I restarted my PC. And upon shutting down, it takes about an hour for windows to shut down and that is just rediculous. And when windows finnaly starts up again the file is in the spot that i moved it in. And my G drive doesn't do anything. It says it's there but I cant format it or do anything with it.
I have a 500GB HDD as my OS drive
a 320GB HDD Thats formatted and currently taken out of the system.
And a 1TB drive that is taken out of the system but was also the one causing windows to load slowly. I'd like some help on this because I have lots of important data on that drive that I need.

I think it's a problem with your hdd as this happened to my laptop which wouldn't even get past the windows logo, but I think you must replace the 320GB with the 500GB sadly, then try installing OS on that one then if it works. Buy a new 500GB or even a 1TB for under 100Dollars which ofcourse is a seagate.

if reinstalling your windows (win7) then see after the language confirmation does the system recognize your HDD or it states any error like " no drive found" or something like that.
