Hard drive problems?

Right so about 6 months ago i had a hard drive problems, so i replaced it and now about 5/6 months down the line i am getting them again? i Ran ChkDsk and Sfc / scannow in command prompt and got this but, no idea where to start?

I would start by getting test program for the make of your drive to see if it's working properly, there may be a bad sector that's preventing checkdisk to finish.

So download the Seagate harddrive tool and check that way? ive tried installing the program, but it won't installed no idea what the issue is.

With Hd sentinel i ran the test it picked nothing up everything is saying healthy?

Drag out anything of importance on that disk if you can, kill all partitions and format. After you can install windows and everything else. There could be some malware in there too.

I reformatted and clean installed windows from disk and it's made it even worse. Looks like I'm probably going have to but yet another hard drive...

Ended up buying a new western digital Hard drive and fixing the problem that way, never going buy another Seagate drive.
