Hard Drive Recovery

I have a Western digital hard drive which is partitioned into three partitions. Today I found out that I couldn't open, view, or see one of the partitions partition. I think that the file allocation table was deleted because it tells me that it is an Unknown partition and need to be formatted, that partition was FAT32. Also I get this error message: "E:\ is not accessible. The handle is invalid". I have a lot of data on that partition, and I would appreciate it if some one has any ideas on how I can retrieve my data.

I have tried Partition Magic but, there is nothing I can do there to fix the problem. It won't let me check for errors. Is there any other software that could fix the File (partition Table)???
Thanks
