Question Hard drive S.M.A.R.T data not saving

I noticed that the SMART data in CrystalDiskInfo wasn't saving, I used Disk Genius too and same data. The Power on hours increase but after my PC restarts It will go back to what it was when the PC was first turned on before so It never increases due to the resets. Power cycle count never increases at all due to the Smart data resetting when my PC is turned off.

I've also checked my Power on hours in the SMART data graph and it doesn't seem too normal since this Attribute shouldn't decrease at all

Should I be worried about this or is my HDD failing?

Make and model of your PSU as well as it's age? A drive like that should be about a decade or more old. You might want to retire the drive after you've retrieved all critical content off of it.
