Question Hard drive says it is full at 905 GB

Hello I have a Western Digital 1gb hard drive and a issue I have with it is when I see the storage amount when I go in this pc I se that it is 905 GB full but when I right clicked on it and went to properties it says 25.1 GB and it also happens on my second drive.

That's correct, for a 1TB drive you have about 931GB for storage.

The formulas used by Windows is:

1000,000,000,000 / (1,024 * 1,024 * 1,024) = 931.32GB

The formulas used by manufacturer is:

1000,000,000,000 / (1,000 * 1,000 * 1,000) = 1000,00GB or 1TB
