Hard drive screw ripped

Please I really need help . It's just this last freaking screw I need to get it out and it ripped . Any ideas?

Lol I already unscrewed the others but this one suddenly ripped lmao

try a larger hex screw driver. if not try using quick set appoxie or lock tight to glue the screwdriver into the screw to turn it out.
