Hard Drive Serial Changer, Safe Link Or Alternative?

Hello i use to download the hard drive serial changer from xboxharddrive.com but now the page is gone. I used it to change the volume serial of my hard drive. I was wondering if there are any 100% safe (spyware trojan free) site i can download it from. Or if there are any other good alternatives?
