I replaced a few parts in my pc.I booted it up and everything was working like it was appose to but then my pc crashed for overheating causes. This I fixed and we are ok for that problem but now ever since that happened my pc detects my hard drive and says its working but it still doesn't show up on this PC. I even went into disk manager and reformatted it but it only allows 11mb out of 1tb. Only one of my hard drives is working correctly.

Providing drive is still operational and healthy a partition needs a letter to be seen in My computer/ File Explorer. Since you already started formatting, all data is lost so you may well delete all partitions on it and format it to NTFS. You can try using Disk management or a 3rd party program like: http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/active_partition_manager.html or
