Hard Drive spin at full speed at 1A 5V

Can a mechanical hard Drive, rated at 7200k Rotations per Minute to at the same speed while feeding of of a 1A 5V Supply.

2.5 inch drives will work at that rating. Sorry for the bother

Yeah, you've already got it. Typically a 2.5" disk will see something like 5V and a 3.5" would need 12V in general.
