Thinking the P30 is overkill for most people. Cheap drill motor and 1/4" drill bit should do the job..

You can shoot them as long as you have the word "Magnum" in the caliber. If you are using the Dewalt method, you must use a masonry bit and impact mode.

I thought I was the only person to use old HDDs for target practice. It’s tough to hit one at 30yds with a 9mm.
