Hard Drive started to make a rumbling sound.

Put in some new case fans today, nothing special and once I turned everything back on I noticed my HDD has started to make some funny sounds. I'm sure it is the HDD as when I take it out and hold while it's on I can feel it shudder a bit and as soon as it goes back in the case, the sounds starts back up as it vibrates through the case.

Is there some way to resolve this? Is it starting to fail or something? Google wasn't every helpful.

If your hard drive is rumbling, you should get a new drive and copy your data over asap. hard drives are silent when OK.
