Hi guys, recently i have built my first computer. Here is the spec: AMD Ryzen 3 3200G, Asus B450a ii, 256gb ssd patriot... So today i went to bios and found out the ez system tuning asus optimal. I set from normal to optimal. My PC ran faster but i felt it was like a little too hot(around 80 degree Celcius) when i played fifa so i decided to turn back to normal. This evening i was working on my computer very well and suddenly, my compter lagged. I restart my computer but the screen stucked at bios. It only shows ASUS logo and under the logo showed: Press f2 or del to go to bios. So i went to bios, checked everything. Everything seemed ok, but after that my pc keeps showing " reboot and select proper boot device ". So the problem is: My computer still detects my SSD in BIOS, but i cant boot to window, my pc screen keeps showing "reboot and select proper boot device". I really need you guys helps because i have a big test online this week. Thanks for reading.

If the CMOS didn't help you might want to reset all the bios back to default settings. If it still fails, you can try to boot to safe mode.
So i think i found the problem. In the boot setting i see only my ssd, i dont see any window boot manager. How can i fix this problem?
