Hard drive stuck in hardrive bay

Please help my hardrive is stuck in the bay and it will not move what so ever

I can't event take out the tray that the hardrive is in

I'm not saying to remove the tray, I'm saying to remove the entire docking setup.

Don't know if there is a picture posted with this since many file sharing sites are blocked at work for me, but exactly what bay are you talking about? Desktop, laptop, external drive bay? Are you missing a screw or 4 that need to be removed first maybe?
