Hard drive suddently not recognized, pagefile error?

Hi there, after rebooting i just received a "system properties" error message about creating a temporary paging file (see attached picture).
along with that message my hard drive isnt recognized by windows . i have an SSD drive which is my boot drive, and my other drive is a regular WD hard drive. i should add that the hard drive is recognized by the device manager and by the system boot. other attached deviced are working properly, there is no other fault that i am aware of

PROBLEM SOLVED?
for some odd reason after trying to re-order the booting sequence in the BIOS everything is back to normal....

HUH??
