Hard drive Threshold Abnormalties

I opened up my monitoring program, NZXT CAM and looked into my hard drive status, scrolled down, and saw my 'end-to-end error' at 99 threshhold worst is rated at 100 and current is 100. I've heard that when the threshold rating exceeds your worst rating your dive is prone to failure. My drive is a SSHD 1TB Hybrid drive and i've only had it for half a year.

I scrolled some more and found that my 'Spin Entry Count' at 97 threshold, if someone could explain this it would be very helpful

My other concerns are:
read error is 6 threshold(100 current, 100 worst)
start/stop count is at 20 threshold(100 current,100 worst)
reallocated sectors count at 10 (100 current, 100 worst)
seek error rate at 30 (71 current, 60 worst)
Temperature difference from 100 at 45 threshold(62 current, 53 worst)

Will formatting help the drive or will I need a new one?
Or do I have a Hard drive virus?
Help is appreciated.

Hey there, Flave!

I'd strongly recommend you use the SSHD manufacturer's brand-specific diagnostic tool from their official website. It will help you determine the health and SMART status correctly. The threshold is defined by the manufacturer. Each drive manufacturer defines a set of attributes and sets threshold values beyond which attributes should not pass under normal operations. These stats you have listed have nothing to do with the true value/raw state of your SSHD's S.M.A.R.T. attributes.

Hope this was helpful. Refer to the hyperlink to find out more about S.M.A.R.T. stats.
Keep me posted if you have more questions! :)
