hard drive torque settings

I want to swap out the PCB on a laptop drive that just makes beeping sounds when I try to turn on the computer, but never boots. I know it may or may not work. I have been told that if I do not reattach the PCB at the recommended factory torque on the screws, it may not work. I was told I had a better chance if my screws follow the original torque settings. My question: where can I find the correct torque settings for Seagate 2 1/2" drives?

You'll have to ask Seagate for that. Possibly a service manual somewhere.
