Hard Drive Transfer to New Computer

I have just build my new rig everything is fine, I have a brand new 2TB HDD running and an SSD running with the OS but today I decided to put my old HDD from my old computer into my new one to grab some files from my old HDD. I plugged it in all fine and it picked up all the files but I don't know how to access all the files that were on my desktop on my old computer. All I can access is the program files, etc... There is another partition though saying (System Reserved) (That is for my old drive) but when I open it, there is nothing in it. I have turned on hidden files but still nothing.

Any help would be appreciated!

Can you see the Users folder on the old drive?

Desktop is located at \Users\<user name>\Desktop

Cheers guys I found it, derped by not checking the user folder and checked the others instead...
