Hello i have a 500gb HDD in my laptop right now and im running Linux and i have another hard drive out of a old hp that is only 320gb but has a Windows OS and other crap from the laptop. Is their any way i could take that OS from that hard drive and put it on my bigger HDD? Just the OS because ill need the drivers for my PC which i can get no problem! Any Help Guys?

If the Windows installation on the hard drive was factory-preinstalled on HP computer, it is illegal to use on another computer.
That old HP computer & the OS that was preinstalled on it are forever tied to each other, when the computer dies, the OS dies with it.
