Hard drive troubles.

Hello guys, I have a question for you. I'm new to PC gaming and, well i need to install a second hard disk. My computer has space, but the hard drive i currently have is a 500gb IDE drive. I am upgrading my PSU to a rosewill capstone 750w. My question is, what hard drive do you recommend(1TB) and will the PSU have the connectors needed, or do i have to buy them separately?

The Capstone should support either IDE or SATA hard drives with no problem, would need to know if your mobo supports SATA if going that route

OK, but can i have both sata and ide drives? Like, in the same pc? And can i set the sata drive as my main one?
My motherboard is an asus p8b75-m. Will it take sata drives?? Any help will be greatly appreciated

Don't think your mobo has IDE (PATA) connection, think it's strictly SATA
