Hard drive troubles.

Hello! I recently installed another hard drive into my PC. Everything went fine it was accepted and such, but after i turned it on again it was a black screen with a message at the top left reading "Loading Operating System". I thought this was odd but i just let it go and i waited for 20+ mins waiting for that screen to go away. Never did, i was just wondering if anyone has come across this problem and knows how to fix it. I could have made a dumb mistake and thats what I'm hoping for.

Check your boot order in BIOS! That it is booting up from the HDD that has the OS.
