I have dual boot win7 / win 10 . Both OS are on separate hard drives . While in windows 10
I think I ran chkdsk without pointing to a specific HD . Must have ran on the windows 7 HD
Because got prompt to restart for repairs , once done I noticed windows 10 not seeing my windows 7 HD.

Now Windows 10 takes forever to load with that HD plugged in . The win7 drive is a 3 tb drive and I think its scanning the entire disk before windows 10 starts up . Also I unplugged win 10 HD and booted from windows 7 disk to attempt repair boot files, No bueno . Then I ran chkdisk from it's cmd and after a while it says somthing like "RAW file system can not continue with chkdsk"

I am wondering if there is a good utility I can boot from a disk to check and repair the file system
or did I just royally screw myself ?
