Hard drive Undetected

So, last night my PC was formatting a 2tb wd blue drive that I had trouble initializing with, and I accidentally shutdown and when I powered it back on the drive was undetected in device manager and disk manager. But, I can still recognize it in the bios.

If its' recognizable in bios it should be able to be seen in "disk management" in windows as well. Strange...
