Hard drive wipeout!

I wiped out my hard drive that first had Windows 10 and then Ubuntu. Now when I turn it on all I see is a black screen with "grub recue>"

what do you want to do? do you want to get windows working again? was this a dual boot with Win 10/lubuntu or did you install win 10 and then later Ubuntu over it? it appears the grub boot loader has over written Win 10 if they both meant to be on there
