Can you move a hard drive with data still in it to another pc or does the data have to be completely wiped for it to still be useable?
Depends. Can you move a hard drive with data still in it to another pc or does the data have to be completely wiped for it to still be useable?
That's an awful bold statement considering we do not yet know what 'data' is on this drive.nope, you can reuse it in a different pc.
what kind of data are you concerned with? That's an awful bold statement considering we do not yet know what 'data' is on this drive.
what kind of data are you concerned with?
I answered his second question, ha. OP's description sounds like a data drive instead of OS drive, so. @ OP, you are in good hands, pls answer above questions
- Is this the OS drive, or simply a secondary drive? It makes a difference.
- "nope, you can reuse it "....conflicting statement. "Yes you can" or "nope you can't". Which is it? Typos matter.
It's OS data, pictures, documents, downloads, music, desktop icons, and videos. That's an awful bold statement considering we do not yet know what 'data' is on this drive.
With the OS.It's OS data, pictures, documents, downloads, music, desktop icons, and videos.
