Now with Windows 10, are there any details I need to remove or uninstall on the hard drive - if I'm swapping amd mobo & processor into intel.
It can't just be as easy as, just unplug and plug back in right?

2 considerations - Operation and Licensing.

Operation: It may or may not boot up with the new hardware. Prepare for if you need to do a full reinstall.
Anyone that says "it always works" is blowing uninformed smoke.
Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't.
Especially if changing from AMD to Intel.

Licensing - Whether a clean install or not, it will almost certainly not be activated with the new hardware.
Before you change anything, read and do this first...

This links the OS license to your Microsoft account, instead of specific hardware.
