Hard drive won't be seen

So I built a new PC and I have two hard drives my old one with Windows and I got a 1tb one as well but only me new one is being seen

I forgot some of the old tech-terms, however, I'm wondering if your UEFI or BIOS does not recognize the old HD parameters.

im kinda new to the pc building scene and i forgot to partion my new hard drive

The community needs more information about the old and new PC's as well as the operating systems of the old and new PC's and the drives...
