Question Hard Drive won't download Windows 10

So, after everything that I've been going through, my hard drive has decided to not install Windows 10 anymore, saying that it won't because it's a GPT formatted hard drive and not an MBR. I've gone into DISKPART to change it, I've tried to reformat it to be an MBR hard drive, I've tried deleting volumes to turn them into MBR, nothing's working.

are you trying to refresh the install by running setup from within WIndows itself, or, booting from media created by Media Creation Tool (preferably USB)

USB. I didn't have a disk with Windows 10 on it so I had to download media creation files off of the website and create an ISO.
