Question Hard drive

I recently bought a Vega 56 and it completely crashed my pc. And I had to download windows on a usb drive and reinstall on my pc. However it seems to have wiped my games and programs from my pc but space is missing from my hard drive still. So I don’t know how to either get my things back or delete my stuff

Try bringig your pc into recovery mode and from there viping all files away from the drive and leaving only windows. Check on youtube there is a lot of tutorials on that. Recovering all the files would be the harder way because the seem to be damaged

If you re-installed Windows, you likely wiped all of your previous installations (of apps, games, and documents). Please post a screen capture of your Disk Management window.
