Hard drives have disappeared after swapping sata cables

I swapped my 3 slot sata power cable to a four slot sata power cable that was powering my 3tb HD and I put in a 2TB SSHD and none of them powered or were shown on my bios or desktop then I switched back to the 3 slot cable and not I can't even see my HD. I have a Z270G Strix motherboard and a 250g M.2 which I can boot the pc off of. I also have a NZXT Kraken connected to the sata cable slot which wont power the cpu mirror

Reconnect the cable at both ends,make sure it fits right. Guess you use a modular psu the way describe things.

I have done all o those and yes its a thermaltake Rgb Grand 750

What M.2 drive are you using?
Using sata M.2 drive will disable sata_1 port on the motherboard.

Im using a Samsung 960 EVO NVMe M.2 250GB SSD

You still could try reconnecting the cables to the motherboard as well,even use different connectors for testing.
