Hard drives rejection

Hi All, Can anyone help me with the following. On my windows 7 home, I constantly have two messages on my toolbar highlighting from my "safely remove hardware" logo, they are both telling me that both my hard drives are ready to be ejected, can someone tell me what thats about please, thanks for any help

If these drives are external, it means you can click to eject them before unplugging. That ensures that you don't lose any data that's in memory waiting to be written out.

Sorry wpgwpg, I should have mentioned that both hard drives are internal. thanks

Hi there Westernatlass772,

I believe this is not really an issue.
Which are the SATA ports(what numbers) the drives are attached to?
Try to attach them to SATA ports 0 and 1. In case they are attached to these ones, try the other ones.
In case the issue persists, you can go to BIOS and see if there are some hot swap settings for your SATA drives. If there is one, you can disable it.

They are plugged into 0 and 1, I will change them over.
