Recently I decided to upgrade to win 10, I did a fresh install of it with actual bought copy from the store. Im sure i installed all the right drivers ect. but for some reason my pc will have a hard freeze, meaning the screens are both still on and i can see what i was doing but i cant move my mouse and a loud repeating sound (like a freeze sound) is coming from my speakers and i cant ctrl, alt , del to fix the problem. Only way for the computer to respond is to hold power button and turn it off.
The freeze occurs whenever it wants to like when i Play sims, watch youtube, and twitch it will just randomly freeze.

Yes, win 10 updated
Yes my graphics card is updated and all other drives as well.
I have done mutiple installs of win 10 and the only way to not have the freeze is on win 7.

I have no idea what to do, on win 7 i never ever, ONCE had any kind of freeze or lag except when i would use chrome. So i switched to mozilla and it would never freeze. Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated. I have searched google for days and came up with no solution.

PC SPECS:

GA-970A-DS3P (motherboard)
EVGA gtx 750Ti (Graphics card)
AMD fx-6300 (CPU)
2 4GB hyper x sticks (ram)
EVGA 600w B (psu)

UPDATE:
i dont know if this would be a reason but on normal browsing like watching twitch.com or even playing games my cpu gets up to around 61c and my motherboard on idle or with just me browsing the web will hit around 61c as well. I check them by using HWMonitor and speedfan. Speedfan shows that Temp1 gets really hot. I dont know if the freezing is because of this but again on windows 7 i wouldnt have any issues with freezing except when i used chrome.

Solution
CPU is not going to wear out, maybe you could start by changing the paste first and also check for fan speed, at about 55c it should hit full RPM.

Oh is that so. Ok so should i get another cooler for the cpu? Or go with water cooling? Or just replace the cpu since it is about 4 years old.
