I am trying to do a hard reset on my windows 10. I have received the following error: File:\window\system32\winload.eti Errorcode: 0xc0000225. I am not able to erase my browsing history because I was told windows 10 does not allow this. How would I proceed with a factory reset? If I need the backup cds, could I get those online?

Do a clean install of Windows 10 as mentioned, and then once you're back up and running again, immediately run a disk imager (Macrium Reflect) or a Snapshot tool (RollBack Rx) so that you have a backup of that state should you need to restore again in the future.
