Question Hard reset on a Dragon Touch K10

Hello, I have tried everything on how to hard reset my K10 Dragon touch. I have like 20 of them from a few years ago during COVID when we used the. At my bar. Every time I go in , it's asks for previous email user and I forget what I used back then cause I did not want my email in there when customers are using the tablets. I have pressed power and volume up and held and no reset there. Then I saw a video with no volume or text with you can't see his fingers , the video is worthless. But one he got passed the first volume up and powered and pressed the first line which is reset I think or something , a green image of some object popped up and he pressed some buttons and got into the spot to do the hard reset. Any help,? Ty

Keep pressing power + volume up at the same time until it goes to system recovery.

I do that. I hold them both down for 7 secs and the system that pops up is only reboot., cmms , and 2 other things . I have tried everything but. Nothing for a hard reset? Ty for your time to help me. I have looked all over Google and YouTube. There is only one video that does it on YouTube that's 3:20 mins long but no text or voice on it so it's a waste.
