Question Hard Reset Windows 10 Tablet

Hi all. I an hoping someone can help. I got a tablet that runs Windows 10. It's a Chinese brand Chuwi model CWi515. I got it with a bunch of broken electronics from Craigslist several months ago. The screen was shattered and it didn't work. Just for yucks I charged it and after a couple hours it came to life! The LCD was fine but the digitizer was broken so I couldn't use the screen. I ordered another one from China and installed it working right, but unfortunately it is locked to a domain and I can't use it. It's a really nice tablet and I want to use it so is there a way to hard reset/ factory restore it? I can find lots of tutorials for the Android version, but not much for the Windows version. There has to be a way to do it without being logged in since it's essentially a Windows 10 PC.

Any help is appreciated.
