Hi all
Is it still best to get ddr3 1600 mhz, or get one from ddr4 new releases
People telling me like higher speed is unnoticeable above 1600, but if it is rly unnoticeable why will people produce higher speed kinda make no sense can u guys explain me this.
Thanks.

You're picking the wrong way round mate.
Pick your processor first then build around that.

For example an i5 4460 with DDR 3 1600 is going to perform pretty much the same as a skylake i5 6400 with ddr4 2400 - there will be virtually no difference to you as a user apart from the skylake us a newer socket & so is on paper more future proof.
In the real world the 4460 with an h81 board & ddr3 will likely cost less so on a budget at least is a more viable option.

Well speed isn't nearly as important as people think, and you most likely wont notice additional performance. RAM speed plays mostly into integrated graphics. So my advice is just buy what is in your budget and whatever your motherboard supports.
