Hard to choose. GTX 1070 ti vs 1070 vs 1060?

Okay, I know the title looks weird but the thing is I have around $400 or so for my graphics budget and I am not that much of a gamer, but I am a graphic designer and work on Photoshop to C4D. I am thinking of buying Destiny 2 and I also play PUBG regularly. What are your thoughts?

depends on your CPU and at what resolution you are gonna do the gaming
the GTX 1060@6GB can handle all games at 1080p Perfectly can run on 2K also but then you need to reduce the game settings from ultra or high to medium
