Hard to open

I have a gigabyte mother boar. . it is hard to open the CPU . . but there are time it is easy to open . . what are the posssible problem , what is the solution for it

are talking about the safety guard ontop of it?
what gigabyte motherboard do you have?
what cpu do you have?
etc.
