Harddisk makes dirfrancecs in games?

hey guys recently i bought GTX 750 to live gaming experiment better
i mean it's a great card only 55w
but i had a problem
some games i checked it on game-debate or canyourrunit
it says i will run it at high settings ..
but when i try the game it doesn't work very smooth and it's the same fps in low-mid-high
like crysis 3 ,Assassins Creed Blackflag , dying light
maybe because my harddisk is kind of old ? and i have to change it ? i gets only 24mb/s in downloading from disk to another , i was thinking about upgrading my ram to 8GB
so what should i do ?
buy : Western Digital (WD) Caviar BLUE WD10EZEX 1TB SATA 6Gb/s 7200 RPM 64MB Cache HDD
or hyper 8GB RAM ?

What is the make and model of the motherboard?

What is the OS? Is it 32-Bit or 64-Bit?

If you have a 32-bit OS, there is no need to upgrade the memory since the OS cannot use more than 4GB.
