What should i buy? Which is faster and more reliable and longer lifespan?
I have to save my very important 50 gb data and my 3 harddisk are corrupted. So what should I choose to save my data securely.

A HDD will be faster than a USB or SD card (50MB/s) but it will be also more prone to damage because of the mechanical parts but most of the HDD's are sold in very hard and rugged casing but the HDD will last you about 3+ years if no damage done. USB flash drives have a limit called write cycles after the limit the USB drive will worsen in performance or even stop working all together. A SD card will be roughly the same speed as a USB drive (20MB/s) depending on the class number. SO you are better off with getting a HDD...

Write Cycles are the amount of times that you have written(copy, transfer, burn, extract, etc) or Erased Data (format, delete) in an USB drive. The write cycles can range anywhere between 10,000 cycles to 100,000 depending on the USB drive (manufacturer and quality) and yeah the life cycle of USB is also affect by physical wear and tear and daily usage.
