Harddrive Connector help

Hi there!
I'm currently trying to restore data from an old hard drive in a broken laptop, and the connector is not just a standarad sata 3 cable, it has some odd pins on it, please check the attached picture.

Could you please help me identify this type of connector? It says SATA on the hard drive.
Also, If there is any place you know where I can buy an adapter for this, could you please link? Thank you!

That is an adapter.
Just pull it off and you will have standard SATA power and data connectors

That's just the connector for the laptop.
Remove that black block with the pins, and you'll expose regular SATA data and power connections.
