Harddrive disk usage shoots to 100%.

Hi guys.

After I upgraded to Windows 10, I experienced this weird audio/game stuttering which would occur quite frequently. I downgraded to Windows 7, yet I'm still experiencing minor freezes.
I have disabled Superfetch and Windows Search in services.msc. I have ran Malwarebytes and Avast Full Scan, no viruses. I also ran a chdsk scan, no errors. I tried running speccy and HDTune, I however came upon this in HDTune:

My specs are as follows:

i7 4790S 3.2ghz
Zotac GTX 1050 TI 4GB
Biostar H81MG Ver. 6.x
Deepcool 430 PSU
8GB Ram

I tried running SeaTools (both fast and long scan) yet it always fails round about 10%.

You are showing errors in HDTUne and SeaTools fails to run. I will give you a minute to sort that out on your own LOL. You need to replace the _____. chdsk is not a good tool to test hard drives with.
