Harddrive shows wrong amount of free space.

I got this new computer about a month ago. It came with a 1tb harddrive, everything was wiped but the operating system. Everything worked fine for about 3 weeks and then I installed a new power supply and the free space changed from about 700 gbs to around 20. I have not done anything to it that I know of, and I can't even system restore because I never set one up.

p.s. Just a reminder, I changed the power supply from the original 450 to a 750 watt.
